Dr. Nasir Basit and Dr. Serkan Butun presented their talk Lithography at NUFAB for Beginners and the Experienced on April 17th. Their presentation outlined the basic photolithography process for beginners as well as the tools and equipment available in NUFAB. Common and advanced applications were also discussed including layout design and resist selection depending on etch or lift-off process. The talk concluded with a description of some common mistakes and how to avoid them.
