SHyNE Participates in Pittcon 2017
CHICAGO, IL – The Soft and Hybrid Nanotechnology Experimental (SHyNE) Resource had the opportunity to participate in Pittcon 2017 which took place March 6th through March 9th. Pittcon is the world’s leading annual conference and exposition on laboratory science. As a facility with state-of-the-art instrumentation, high quality training, and technical expertise, SHyNE Resource demonstrated to conference participants how its facilities and team of experts can assist different industries with nanoscience research.
As a member of the National Nanotechnology Coordinated Infrastructure, SHyNE Resource used its participation in Pittcon to share with potential new users and members of the laboratory science community about the services it offers, including atomic resolution electron microscopy, mass spectrometry, microfluidic device fabrication, and peptide synthesis.
SHyNE Resource was started in September of 2015 as part of the National Science Foundation's National Nanotechnology Coordinated Infrastructure (NCCI) and works to provide a national network of facilities to support external users.
